I’m a proud mom of two and I’ve always loved simple, wholesome food that tastes really good.

When I became a mother, that love for creating nourishing meals only grew. A few years ago, I started playing around in the kitchen. I mixed nuts, cocoa and spices into smooth, creamy spreads. At home, they quickly became a favorite.

Friends tried them and were hooked. Then their friends were too. Before I knew it, I was filling jars and selling them at local markets and through social media.

The response honestly blew me away. People didn’t just buy a jar of nut butter once. They came back for more. Somehow, these little spreads turned everyday snacks into something that felt a bit more special.

In 2025, I decided to go for it and launched Menny’s. A brand rooted in the idea that healthy food should be full of flavor, a little fun, and something you actually look forward to.

Whether you’re in a hurry or taking a quiet moment for yourself, there’s a jar of Menny’s that fits right in.
